Both figures describe compacted pavement in place, not the loose mix in a truck bed, and the second column is the first one seen from above: pounds per cubic foot times nine square feet per square yard, divided by twelve inches per foot. They come from the Asphalt Institute’s engineering FAQ and from the Minnesota Asphalt Pavement Association, whose 110 is its own stated assumption rather than a DOT or AASHTO number. The full citation for each is printed on sheet C-201, where your plant’s figure replaces ours. Thickness, overage and price have no default there: nothing we opened publishes one. Aggregate base under the pavement belongs to sheet C-101.
